Workshops

From time to time the Hands-on Weavers can provide weaving workshops. Members will carefully prepare tailored kits for each person attending your scheduled workshop. We prefer that you attend a Tuesday drop-in meeting to discuss your needs and provide at least 2-week’s notice before the workshop booking date.

Cost: $30 per participant

2024 Exhibition

Early discussions about our next exhibition are in progress. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page and Instagram account for updates.

Four small bundles of bundled straw with paper labels wrapped around each, lying on a light-colored surface.

Raffia for Sale

Hands on Weavers keep in stock natural raffia and a seasonal selection of bush-dyed raffia for their activities. This can be bought in lots of 50gms. As this is bush dyed there is no way of colour matching and some sections of the raffia take the colour differently than others. Currently, there is Natural, Onion Skins, and Ironbark second and first soak.

For enquiries visit the group on Tuesdays.
